Holland in a surprise defeat

Netherlands are preparing for the Euro Championship, however, their preparations suffered a setback with a surprising defeat against Bulgaria, with most of Holland's best players on the pitch. The winning goal for Bulgaria came in the stoppage-time, and this defeat will arise questions of whether Holland are truly prepared to win the euro Championships. More bad news on the Dutch camp followed in this game when after 15 minutes, Mathijsen appeared injured and was substituted by Bouma. To note also is the mediocre game from the Shalke bomber Huntelaar. Robben entered the game in the last 15 minutes, but the Dutch defence appeared very weak and even sloppy at times. The win is also important for Bulgaria to raise some confidence after the disastrous performance in the qualifying group for the Euro 2012.
