FIFA referees and drugs

We hear a lot of criticism towards the referees for wrong decisions or for poor eyesight, but FIFA wants the referees to be tested for any performance-enhancement drugs. International match officials are always tested for fitness tests, but doping is unheard of, and so FIFA wants the referees to be also tested for drugs like players are tested. Jiri Dvorak (a FIFA chief medical officer) said that discussion started just recently and are even discussing certain anti-doping programs for referees. Howard Webb said that any measures that show that even referees don't use drugs, was fine even by referees. Webb also said that it's not an issue for him, and also for the other referees. The World Anti-Doping Agency said that they are also discussing whether players banned from playing can still train although not play in games.
