Carlos Simon-Timmerman was vacationing in Venezuela when he purchased a porn DVD entitled Little Lupe the Innocent, Don’t Be Fooled By Her Baby Face at a local flea market.
While on his way back to the US, he was stopped in Puerto Rico, then arrested and charged with illegal possession and transportation of child pornography.
For extra kicks and giggles, Simon-Timmerman spent two months in jail before his case was heard thanks to a pediatrician and Immigration Agent who both testified that Little Lupe was’ 100% underage.’ Simon-Timmerman was facing a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. But since all stories that involve a pornstar come with a happy ending, Lupe Fuentes was about to save the day. Simon-Timmerman’s lawyer had contacted Lupe on her Myspace page. Once she heard what was going on she flew to Puerto Rico with all documentation proving she was 19 at the time the porn was shot.
