Per Linden Labs third party viewer policy, you can continue to use the Emerald Viewer without having your account suspended. This approval is only for the 1634 version (the only one available right now) and onward, if you have not yet updated, you will need to do so before the 30th.Here is the full list of approved viewers as of today:
