Winter Olympics 2010 begun in Vancouver Canada, the Olympic flag was held and presented by legends like Bobby Orr, Betty Fox, Anne Murray, Jacques Villeneuve, Julie Payettes, Barbara Ann Scott King, Romeo Dallaire and Donald Sutherland on 12th February 2010 in Canada.
Bobby Orr, original name Robert Gordon was born on 20th March 1948. Bobby Orr is former defenseman, an ice hockey player. Bobby Orr is widely known and acknowledged as one of the legends in the history of Ice Hockey and one of the best Hockey players ever. Bobby Orr played two seasons with Chicago Black Hawks in his career of National Hockey League and then he remained with the Boston Bruins.
Boston Bruins won the Stanley Cup Championship in 1970 by beating St. Louis Blues in the finals and in 1972 by beating New York Rangers in 1972 and Bobby Orr was the main player of that team and Bobby Orr played quite an important role in winning the title. Bobby Orr remained the best defenseman ever to won two Art Ross trophies and also have the record of most points. Bobby Orr also won the title of most valuable player of the league for three consecutive times.
Bobby Orr has become player agent after his retirement, along with Rick Curran and Paul Krepelka. The Orr Ice Hockey group was incorporated in 2002 and provided 33 active players to the National Hockey League.
Winter Olympics 2010 has been started and the event will take place for almost two weeks till 28th February 2010.
